Are you a registered builder?
Jon Graham has been a registered builder and building inspector since 2009 and has 20 years experience in the residential building industry in Perth. Jon has experience with a wide range of residential work from million dollar boutique homes to project homes.
Why is there such a wide variance in building inspection costs in Perth?
Jon Graham is the only inspector at Prompt. We are not a part of a franchise or larger company. This eliminates management and franchise fees. Cheaper inspectors may not be registered builders. Jon also has the additional qualification and insurance necessary to carry out the termite/timber pest inspection allowing Prompt to offer a highly competitive package rate.
How long does it take to get the reports?
Reports will be available to be sent by email on the same day of the inspection. Payment must be made prior to sending reports.
How much notice do you need to book an inspection?
Our clients often need inspections done urgently. We can usually fit in your inspection within a few days. Call now if your inspection is urgent.
How is payment arranged?
Netbank transfer is the preferred payment method. An invoice will be sent to you by email.
Do the reports comply with Australian Standards AS4349.1 and 4349.3?
Do you have professional indemnity insurance?
Yes, we have PI policies for both building and pest inspections.
