Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a registered builder?
Jon Graham has been a registered builder since 2009 and has 20 years experience in the residential building industry in Perth. Jon has experience with a wide range of residential work from million dollar boutique homes to project homes.
Why is there such a wide variance in building inspection costs in Perth?

Jon Graham is the only inspector at Prompt. We are not a part of a franchise or larger company. This eliminates management and franchise fees. Cheaper inspectors may not be registered builders. Jon also has the additional qualification and insurance necessary to carry out the termite/timber pest inspection allowing Prompt to offer a highly competitive package rate.
